Consultant, has fifteen years experience in business administration with over two years experience in the healthcare industry. Kirsten’s healthcare experience includes development of databases for different levels of post acute care, creating and updating FHA models to project demand based on industry trends, and varying market conditions and interpretation of data findings. Prior healthcare experience includes: physician credentialing managing a database of over 3,000 physicians, overseeing development of physician directories and working with the company’s Medical Director.
Within FHA, Kirsten puts her analytical skills to use in client projects for which she examines large datasets and dissects them to obtain an overall picture of an organization. Such analysis is the foundation for determining client strategy and process improvement.
Kirsten’s responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that databases for client projects are built on a solid foundation
- Analysis of client data that leads to preliminary findings
- Conduct of primary research
- Written report development
Prior to joining the FHA team, Kirsten was a business analyst with a leading provider of supply chain planning and management. She has also held management positions in the international hospitality industry.
Kirsten majored in management concentrating in international business with a focus in finance at Kennesaw State University. She also tutored peers in accounting, business statistics and economics at the Michael J. Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University. Kirsten is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and the Golden Key International Honor Society. Additionally, she is a member of the Georgia Association of Healthcare Executives and serves on a Committee.
